Dear Mr.Cowell,
The Overseas Nursing Association.

Imperial-Institute.

Genr/25235/HK.
I am in receipt of your letter of yesterday's date, with regard to the request of the Governor of Hong Kong to be supplied with copies of training certificate
and testimonials of each Nursing Sister engaged for that
Colony.
I agree with you, however, that with regard to their training certificate, this would be superfluous,
as the Committee only accept Nurses who hold a certificata
for a full general training.
It would seem to me, in order to supply the most complete information in each case, that a copy of
the Nurse's application form and the references received
would be the best way to deal with the matter. The
Governor can then see in each case all details regarding
the Nurse,
If you approve of this, I shall with great
pleasure attend to the matter in future.
Please do not trouble writing, as you can let
me know at the next Executive Meeting.
Believe me, Yours sincerely,
A. M. Andaleton
